Biography

Michel Turgeon obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree and his Notarial Law degree from the Université de Montréal. He also completed a certificate in Common Law at the University of Manitoba , and a certificate in Comparative Law at the University of Ottawa. Michel Turgeon co-founded the firm in 1976. From the beginning of his practice, he joined forces with Yves Sansoucy, his schoolmate. Having lived in Boisbriand since childhood, establishing an office in this city was an obvious choice. He has practiced there for his entire career, accumulating 45 years of traditional notarial practice. He has provided services to a loyal clientele for large-scale real estate projects and real estate transactions, wills, protection mandates, and succession settlements. Michel Turgeon has been involved in the community for a long time, having served as President of the Caisse Populaire de Boisbriand and the Rosemere Golf Club. Furthermore, Michel Turgeon was also involved in his profession as a member of the disciplinary board of the Chambre des Notaires du Québec, for three triennia.

Michel Turgeon is now retired from the profession. He has been awarded the title of Honorary Notary in recognition of his years of practice.
