Mtre Andréanne Ouellet completed her law studies at the Université de Montréal, where she obtained her Bachelor of Law degree in 2009. In 2010, she obtained her degree in Notarial Law. Mtre Ouellet was sworn in and became a notary in February 2011. She has since been offering notarial services in the traditional fields of notarial law, although she specializes in personal and family law. Therefore, Mtre Ouellet can assist you in different types of proceedings, such as purchasing a property, refinancing, drafting your will and protection mandate, as well as in more specialized matters of succession (settlement of solvent and insolvent estates, will probe, assistance, and advice), and in non-contentious proceedings (protection mandate homologation, opening of protective supervision and constitution of guardianship council). She also handles family law cases for legal and mediation, as she is an Accredited Family Mediator. Mtre Ouellet distinguishes herself by her human and personalized approach. She handles instances involving many strong emotions, and the experience she has acquired over the years allows her to handle these cases with the necessary empathy.
