Yves Sansoucy obtained his Bachelor of Law degree and his Notarial Law degree from the Université de Montréal. He also did an internship as a clerk at the Superior Court of Quebec during his university studies. Yves Sansoucy co-founded the firm in 1976. From the beginning of his practice, he joined forces with Michel Turgeon, his schoolmate. He practiced from the very beginning in Boisbriand, thus accumulating 45 years of traditional notarial practice. He has been able to offer his services to a loyal clientele for large-scale real estate projects and real estate transactions, wills, protection mandates, and succession settlements. Over the years, Yves Sansoucy has been involved in his community in various ways, accumulating different mandates as President of the Conseil arbitral de l’assurance emploi, on the supervisory board of the Caisse populaire Desjardins de Boisbriand, as President of the Club Les Sportifs de l’Ile-de-Mai and as Administrator of the Dutrisac Boisbriand residence.
Yves Sansoucy is now retired from the profession. He has been awarded the title of Honorary Notary in recognition of his years of practice.
